It is precise that the relations between the different groups and individuals in the company are structured, harmonize his interests and gives a common sense to his respective aspirations.

The enterprise surroundings have seen noticeably be increased its complexity during the last decades, the markets, with a rate of much more low growth, have supposed a hardening of the competition between the present companies in them. The technological process, computer science, the robotics, the conception and the manufacture attended by computer, the office automation, the Telematics, that provides the support of the third industrial revolution, suppose a transformation in depth of the productive system of the companies and it’s human resource to transform into an imperative for the growth and survival of the same. The success of an organization anyone depends on how kindly watches what is outside her: competitors, economic conditions, technology, markets, politico-social atmosphere, etc., these factors, with major or minor force, they exert a significant influence and they determine the success or the failure of a company.

On the other hand, the human beings settle down relations to each other, product that the individuals do not live separately, but in continuous interaction with their resemblances, as much in the society generally as in the different organizations from who he is associated. In the human interactions, the parts are related mutually, one affects the attitude of the others vice versa and. In regard to their individual limitations, the human beings are forced to cooperate with others to reach certain objectives, that the isolated individual action would not obtain.

The human relations that settle down between the individuals of a certain organization, are not characteristic optional of them, but they are an intrinsic property of the same.

The system exists by virtue of the motivated behavior of the people, and as the existence of the same depends on the relations of its members, the organization must own a philosophy, an aim, a basic principle: to count on clear and specific objectives, a clear and opportune conjugation of the objectives of the company and the motivation of the personnel, jeopardizes with the mission, can give by seated the permanence of the company in the market, with expectation of long life their best human resource possible.
